This privacy notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 («GDPR») to anyone interacting with this website and with the snowmobile and quad tour services promoted on it.

Types of data processed

  • Data provided voluntarily: identification and contact data (name, surname, email, phone) and any information entered when completing the quote/contact request form or writing by email or telephone.
  • Browsing data: data collected automatically by the IT systems during navigation (IP addresses, system logs, device and browser information), by their nature associable with identifiable users.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to information and quote requests and managing tour bookings — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website — legal basis: the Owner’s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Sending informational or promotional communications, where requested — legal basis: the data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.

Processing methods

Data is processed using IT and electronic tools and with technical and organisational measures adequate to ensure its security and confidentiality, by the Owner’s authorised personnel.

Disclosure and dissemination

Data may be disclosed to parties providing services on behalf of the Owner (e.g. IT and hosting providers, consultants, professionals), appointed as data processors where necessary. Data is not disseminated nor disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those indicated.

Retention

Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and in compliance with statutory terms (in particular for accounting and tax obligations). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Data transfer

Data is processed within the European Union. Should a transfer to third countries be necessary, it will take place in compliance with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

Data subject rights

The data subject may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be addressed to the Owner at the contact details above.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
